PILATES FIT - suitable for all fitness levels. A class to build core strength, flexibility, balance and confidence in movement. Options are given to challenge the body more or to give the body more support so you can work at the level suitable for you.

CLINICAL PILATES - suitable for those with pain, strain, injury or restriction. A slower paced class with more supportive movements especially for those with limited flexibility and pain.

POSTNATAL PILATES - suitable for any mum who feels ready to regain strength and movement. The class is gentle yet effective and will restore pelvic floor function, abdominal strength and get you ready for all the things. Whether you'd like to run, lift weights, play team sports or just keep up with the kids, these classes are the perfect starting point to build a strong foundation. Read more here
